Pamela Marte founded Inside/Out Coaching in the Chicago area in 2006, with more than 20 years of experience in sales and personal coaching, sales training, education program development and management. She is a Certified Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC). Pamela's successful client base proves that life coaching techniques are a catalyst for change toward personal and professional achievement.

In her 16 year career with a major corporation, Pamela gained a broad perspective on business, holding both local and national positions in Chicago, New York and San Francisco. Her focus is on helping professionals advance their career through a combination of coaching, consulting and mentoring techniques. Pamela has assisted various organizations throughout the area to develop their teams. She recently accepted a position on the board of directors for the Schaumburg Business Association and chairs the Women's Business Institute.
